* Conditions Apply: This Competition is run by The Photo Studio Australia. Information on the prize (“Prize”) and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.  Open to residents of Australia (“Eligible Entrant”). Competition commences on 3/06/2022. Entries close 11.59 pm AEST on 24/06/2022. Entries submitted and received after this time will not be accepted. Entry into our The Photo Studio x Zebedee Talent Model Search is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Eligibility: The Photo Studio will have sole discretion as to whether or not a person has satisfied the criteria to be able to win this competition.  The winner is not chosen by chance – it is a competition of skill. The winner will be selected by The Photo Studio and Zebedee Talent teams and no correspondence will be entered into. One winner will be announced on 27/06/2022 via Instagram, Phone call and email.  The prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable (including any unused portion). Personal information (PI) is being collected by The Photo Studio in order to conduct the Promotion. For this purpose, The Photo Studio may disclose PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and suppliers. Participation is conditional on providing this PI. The Photo Studio will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed athttps://thephotostudio.com.au/privacy/. The Privacy Policy also contains information about Qualified Customers you opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Qualified Customers may complain about the treatment of their PI, and how those complaints will be dealt with. Total Prize pool is $4,000 and consists of one (1) major prize that includes; Photo and outfit styling consultation,  two (2)  hair and makeup looks on the day, one (1) three (3) hour studio photoshoot with the team at The Photo Studio. Modelling portfolio with twenty (20) images to be provided by The Photo Studio post the photography shoot. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw via the email address provided by the winner; and by the phone number provided by the winner.
